Are the teas suitable to drink during pregnancy?

Teas containing hibiscus such as Afro-Di-Tea and Har-tea should be avoided during pregnancy. Some advise avoiding Red clovers during pregnancy and others recommend taking them during pregnancy so this should be left to the individual to decide

Where do you get the herbs from?

All the herbs are sourced from UK suppliers specialising in supplying medical herbalists.

How do you make loose-leaf tea?

Add 1 -2 teaspoons per cup of your chosen tea blend to a teapot or tea infuser, add hot water, and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes depending on taste.
